Each and every AmaWaterways Cruise Manager has extensive experience in providing exceptional levels of professional and personalized service. They are extremely knowledgeable about every part of your trip, whether it be on board during the cruise, or at the hotel during a land extension. You will have many opportunities to get to know your Cruise Manager during your voyage. They are your hosts while you are traveling with us and are more than happy to answer any questions and even suggest local spots should you prefer to venture out on your own. We are always delighted when we receive comments from our guests praising our service — many of them remember the names of their Cruise Manager and staff for years to come.
